Q. Want to know about the fee of jobs and employment request?

A. About the fee depends on the job. Cause the fees depending on the differences of the job contents, the difficulty of recruiting job, so our staff will explain in details.

Of course, the explanation and meeting will be hold, but from the time when selected candidates for interview is completely free, until the hiring decision will start to charge, so, please feel free contact to us at any time.


Q. How we are you promoting the human resources?

A. There are many different promotion methods.

At first, we will release the recruitment advertisement each month, in order to bring sense of security in recruitment, we only posted the contents of recruiting that hidden you company name. In addition, there are some cases referred from friends by the candidates.

Besides, also include the questions from many aspects, and in which, we would like to propose the most suitable candidate.


Q. What kind of human resources that has been registered?

A. There are a lot of candidates o register with us.

We will focus on candidates who have experiences in management, general occupations and professional occupations.

Usually, with these excellent candidates, with high professional experiences, of court the demand from employers are also high, but we could tell right away that these candidates are relative. That’s why, we always recruit candidate from many different industries.


Q. In case want to introduce human resources, what should we do?

After that, same as above but we can describe briefly the process as below:

  1. It will be started after the discussions, the two parties agreed on the content recruitment related fees.
  2. We will select the suitable candidates who can meet your requirements.
  3. For those applicants have found, after explanation about the contents fully, we will confirm the candidate ready with your company.
  4. After confirming the application of candidates has been select, we will send that candidate’s resume to person in charge of your company.
  5. If the profile of the candidate we introduced OK, it will be proceeded to the interview after our staff will adjust the interview schedule.
  6. If your company decide to hire that candidate, the recruitment notice decision will be issued by your company, if there is anything unclear, we will represent to release it for you.

Q. The occupations are being introduced?

A. The occupations are required also quite abundant.

In other words, in manufacturing, logistics field, the company prepares the recruitment business position such as general affairs, management, interpreting services at any time, just need a good human resources, may represent director support other people (like the right arm) of the company.
